"I am very happy with the results, and appreciative of the fact that Kraft Custom Construction kept me well-informed throughout the project and promptly responded to all issues I brought to their attention. Everyone with whom I dealt with at Kraft, their subcontractors, and the interior designer they recommended, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful, and their work was of a high standard. The project took longer than originally estimated, but only because a very unusual and unforeseeable problem was encountered. I recommend Kraft highly, and will hire them again if I need additional remodeling done on my house."
NE Salem Kitchen Remodel
2018 | Salem, Oregon
For this project, the homeowner wanted the main living spaces to be open and flow easily from one room to another. We expanded the kitchen to include more cabinetry and larger work spaces with greater accessibility to both. By removing an odd half-wall between the kitchen and living room, converting an out-of-place wet bar in the entry into a closet, installing new windows for better natural light, and reconstructing the main entry archway, we helped turn this otherwise dark and closed-off space into one that’s expansive, gracious and light-filled.
