The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) is pleased to announce that Robert Kraft has recently achieved the prestigious Master Certified Remodeler (MCR) designation. He is the first contractor in Oregon to hold this certification.
Additionally, Kraft is the only contractor in the state of Oregon to have attained the three designations of Certified Kitchen & Bath Remodeler, Certified Master Builder, as well as the MCR. He has been in business for more than 31 years, and provides services in Portland, Salem, and throughout the Willamette Valley.
A Master Certified Remodeler (MCR) designation proves the remodeling contractor’s superior knowledge, dedication to the industry, and community involvement.
“For homeowners, these standards ensure that the remodeling professional you invite into your home will be capable of addressing your home improvement needs,” emphasizes Kraft. “Master Certified Remodelers have participated in an extensive education program, testing and review with the goal of increasing the level of customer satisfaction and industry professionalism.”
NARI’s MCR program measures skill and expertise valued not only by other professional remodelers, but by consumers as well. Highly respected by those who have achieved the designation, the MCR program identifies professional remodelers who have undergone comprehensive review and testing in areas of business management, ethical conduct, and technical skills. In addition, they must also adhere to NARI’s strict Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
